By accessing this service, you warrant that you are a MegaBank (G) Ltd customer. This service grants you access to the functions included in the Mobile Banking Application Services through the use of your password and/or PIN.
Authentication (Password & PIN)
- Your password and PIN are used to give instructions and initiate transactions on your account.
- Do not disclose your password or PIN to anybody. If your password or PIN becomes known to a third party, change it immediately.
- If your password or PIN is forgotten, reset it immediately.
Authorization of Instructions
You understand that providing your password/PIN is sufficient confirmation of the authenticity of any instruction(s) given or transaction(s) initiated through your account. MegaBank (G) Ltd will assume that any instruction(s) given with your password/PIN originate from you.
Liability
- MegaBank (G) Ltd will not be responsible for any fraudulent, duplicate, or erroneous instruction(s) or transactions initiated using your password/PIN.
- MegaBank (G) Ltd shall not be liable for complying with instructions given with your password/PIN if it is disclosed to a third party.
- MegaBank (G) Ltd will not be liable for any failure to provide the service or to comply with these terms and conditions for any cause beyond our reasonable control.
